This cream is the only thing I have found to give temporary relief to my arthritic thumb joints and I have tried everything…splints, menthol creams, essential oils, you name it, I’ve tried it. Sometimes the relief lasts for a couple of hours and sometimes a shorter period of time but any and all relief is welcome. I definitely recommend this product and will be buying again.

Great sleep

I had to take two because I had insomnia really bad but I will admit it put me to sleep and I slept all night the next day I took one and that worked as well so I’ll stick with one, but it’s an excellent product

This slows down my chaotic brain in the morning, so I can start to be focused for the day.
