Return And Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Eligibility for Exchanges
If an item is defective or damaged and you would like the product replaced, you must contact us at orders@one59ga.com within 72 hours of receiving your product(s) and we will replace the defective or damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Such items will be replaced at no cost to you. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@one59ga.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds for Returned Items
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded)
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Exchanged products will be shipped to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy
