Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping normally takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to send you your order.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship within the United States where our products are permitted under applicable law.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
ONE59 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
